questions about I-140:

Hello! Dear all, i may have to change my job in June if my boss can't get the funding in March. i think the chance is 50%. I have some questions want to ask you.
1. If I Submit NIW i-140 now and get approved inbefore June, but i have to find another job, the I-140 will become invalid, right?
2.how about if i transfer my H1visa in the same department, in that way, the I-140 is still valid?
3.Or hwat happen if i still work with my boss but not in the university, instead in goverment in the same research area?
4.if i submmit EA-1(a) now and get approved bfore June, i can change my job whatever in the same research area without submititmg 1-485? but i am not so confident with EA-1a now beacuse i ddin't get so many publication now.
5. should i submit NIW now or just wait until March? beacuse there is a high chance for me to change the job.
what's your suggestion? your any input is apperaciated.thanks!
