Yes, it is ok,

When you submit I485, you have better to submit following two letters,
1)Letter from Company A, says A will hire you back when I485 is approved.
2)Letter from Company B, says B will let you back to A when I485 is approved.

Without those two letters may still OK, but USCIS may RFE you, just make sure you can get those two letters when USCIS ask.
