Any NIW submitted before 08/05/05 to Texas is pending?

My NIW/140 petition is still pending. The Receive Date is 08/05/05.
Last update is 08/26/2005.

The current processing date [NIW] for Texas center on Nov 4, 2005
is already 08/24/2005.

What could happen to my case?
What should I do?
