Our status is: 140 pending, 485 pending, working with H1, got AP and EAD last week.
My questions are:
1. It's well known that if I have a valid H and won't lost my H after travel, my H will still be valid even if I enter US with AP. Does this mean that my status will be both AOS and H after using AP? So if our 140 and 485 are denied later, is it correct that I just lost my AOS and will still have my H?
2. If my hu*****and keeps his valid H all the time and I use my EAD card, when the 140 and 485 are denied, can I apply for H4? And further, if the employer supports me, can I reapply for H1?
