I have several questions about immigrant petition bothering me. If you happen to know it, can you give me a reply? Thank you very much.

1) My concurrent filling of I140 and I485 were denied and I did appeal of I140. Can I restore the I485 after my I140 appeal was approved?
2) If my I485 based on the approved I140 is denied, does this mean that my I140 was also denied and I should restart my I140 petition or just resubmit another I485?
3) If my NIW petition is approved, will my lawyer or both I and my lawyer receive the approval notice?
