just like writing a paper while referring to all materials you are going to submitted (except forms), especially the recommendation letters you got. you can write it section by section and you should make it clear in each of the sections:

(1) your work is in NIW
(2) you are excellent...
(3) you contributions...

just other points required to provide in others' RFE.
