I am in the same difficult situation.

1. Wating for Pocket 3
2. Consulate officer will only arrange interview when the visa number is available. Now, we must wait that the priority date is earlier than the cut-off date.

3. I wrote letters/emails to Guangzhou consulate, asked senators help. All do not work.
