Not CGFNS test, you need visascreen issued by CGFNS for I-485 final approval. Visascreen is to evaluate qualification of foreigners who are seeking immigration as certain professionals such as RN etc. If you are seeking GC as a RN, you must get visascreen for I-485.

Regarding to lawyers, there are whole bunch of them out there. Since this is a EB3, schedule A case, any lawyers who know how to file both I-140 and 485 are OK, or you can even DIY if your sponsor will provide all the necessary documents to you. Usually it takes about 6 months to get I-140 approval, about 1 year to get I-485 approval if INS receives your visascreen certificate.
