急问：人被移民局抓了，能保出来吗？

认识一打工妇，她老公是偷渡进来的，打工妇自己有绿卡，正帮老公申请身份，可前两天老公被移民局抓走，说是驱逐令已发出两年了，他们都不知道。打工妇急着要把老公保出来，也在请律师，但想知道大概多久能保出来。
