My lawyer is in Boston area, I am in Michigan. Her website is www.panlawyer.com. She will evaluate your case with free and will tell you whether you are qualified or not. Good luck.

BTW, I think her service is worth to pay because she provides many services. I was introduced by my friend who got GC through her. And my another friend, he is still a PhD student, got his NIW I140 approved within one month in June this year. I got my all educations in China.
