Thanks. We bought the round-trip ticket. But is the assistance from ANA free? The most concerned part is she need to stay in Japan for one night. Since she does not English at all, I am afraid that she may have difficulty finding the bus which takes her to the specified hotel. Does ANA provide the good service? Does any have experience? Thanks tons.
