Fingerprint question, too

After moving, I received a notice with appointment of fingerprint in the service serving my old address. I called the USCIS and they told me to do it in the new center. So I just walked into the new center and luckily, they took the fingerprint for me. But my question is : Do I need to write the old center to notify the completion of fingerprinting in the new center AND cancel the appointment? I will greatly appreciate you for sharing your experience.
