老美律师办移民的价格

办NIW要价$5000,如果将来要求添材料还要再收$1000,这还只是提交I140的价格, 等140批
下来了,提交485,还要再收费. 是不是太黑了点??
大家找的律师价格几何? 能不能跟律师讲讲价啊??
