Your daughter's I-485 is tied to you/your hu*****and whoever applied for I-140, let us assume it is you. Her application will NOT be approved until your applicantion is approved. Since hers was approved in Sept, yours would not be later than hers. If we do not know your daughter's I485 was approved in Sept we would think yours was approved in Oct. I wish to see a real one for I485 to be approved in Oct. then that would would be a really good news to all of us who are I485 pendding.
