USCIS Medical questions

I received a Medical notice. I took couple shots including TD, MMR before I got to US. The shots I took were recorded on the small yellow book titled "International certificate of Vaccination" issued by Ministry of Public Health of China. My question is will this document work so that I don't have to take the same shots again? I am a nursing Mom so I have to be careful about this. thanks a lot for your help.
