Thank you so much for your suggestions. Although as you said, H1B is separate from LC/GC, I still wonder if my previous low salary lower than that indicated in my H1B application would get me any impact. I mean if USCIS officer will investigate if my prvious salary matches what we ever claimed in the H1 application since my lawyer asked me to provide whole 2005 paystubs.Your advices are highly appreciated.
