H1b -> F1, LG is greencard. Will I get rejected ?

I am thinking of going back to school next year, so I need to change my status to F1. But my hu*****and is green card, he got the card before we got married. Now my question is is there any chance I will get rejected if I change my status to F1, coz F1 is non-immigration visa, but my hubby is green card, will I be considered to have immigration tendency ???
