大家帮我看看我的485怎么了？

以前查我的485 CASE STATUS， 还都显示在处理中，可是10月30日我发现的CASE被Update了。可内容如下：The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.这是怎么回事呢？我的Case就这么丢了吗？
