I got the same thing from TSC. In addition to prove LC waiver is necessary, I need to provide evidence that my performance is above average American worker. My lawyer said that we just treated it as RFE. I got 4 addtional independent letter to prove the point. You should hurry up and ask for independent letter n ow.
