That is the information I got from consulate about 1 month after approval. I've asked the USCIS to send the notification for 3 times. But the consulate kept saying that they did not receive the notice until last week. So I made copies of the materials they need and sent to them.

By the way, do you have case number for your kid? I sent a "Qiao Qiao hua " to you. Please check it.
