要决定是否递PERM

现在申请140， 但是2年后H1-B到期(第二个TERM)， 如果到时候140没批， 可以再续H1B吗， 一次可续几年？ 如果140批了， 可以再续H1B吗， 一次可续几年？ 急问！ 因为要决定是否递PERM申请。 紧急求教！！！
