急急忙忙请问加拿大移民的出生证明

请问各位高人, 应该如何开出生证明? 从来没有见过我的出生证明.父母亲也没有.请问有没有别的办法证明,例如户口本? 户口本可否取缔birth certificate ?? 非常感谢指点!!!!
