About 4 years. The PD for F2A is 12/01 right now.

2.结婚后是否要回国等排期?
Either way. However, she needs a valid status to wait for her PD in the US.

3.如不用回国等排期,刚来美的人可否在美读书并享有当地学生的学费?可否在美工作

She can not work or attend school without a valid status. However, she is difficult to get a F1 status. She can try H-1B.
