desperate!!! is it possible for MS to file NIW?

I am a Chinese. I have H1b for almost 5 years. My current employer doesnot sponsor LC for greencard. I want to apply through NIW, but I donot know whether I am qualified,

1. master in chemistry
2. working in cancer drug area in biotech company
3. no publications
4. 2 patents

anybody has similar situation? Thanks so much!!
