Same for my NIW I-140 in CSC. I submitted the ETA-759B 70 days ago and still haven't heard from them. Worried everyday.
There are two possibilities, one is that the adjudicator thought that your application is generally fine except the form. The other one is that he/she asked you to get all the paperwork ready before he/she even look at it.
Even my lawyer does not know what is gonna happen next.
Let's hope for the best.
