OR and NIW

我也是10月1号前递的I-140和485，I-140我同时申请了OR(EB-1b）和NIW. 幸运的是前天我二个140都批准了。我的律师把我的485是放在OR一起申请的，是不是485就随着EB-1b排了，还是需要说明一下？非常感谢各位的指点！
