485 pending status, in case 485 fails, you have to leave US immediately.

1. 回来后用EAD工作--dependent on 485 status
2. 回来后用新的H1-B工作--not dependent on 485 status, start new H1-B status
3. 回来后用旧的H1-B工作（续合同)--not dependent on 485 status, continue your H1-B status
