I am the primary 485 applicant. My wife got a 485 RFE (with the same message).

Asking lots of items such as:
1.proof of relationship
2.financial support
3.Proof of living in the same place
4.mirrage proof (even we sent certificate before.)
......

I prepared materials for a month and fortunately, it went through.
