关于移民加拿大，收到体检表和 clearance certificate

hi,
我收到体检表的document list 中没有让我做fingprints， 但是后来又单独收到一封信，让我去做 police clearance certificate for canada, issued by RCMP. 这封信根本没有提到任何有关fingerprint的事情，等我打电话倒rcmp，他们说如果不让作fingprint，就直接倒local police office 去作个证明就可以了。可是等我又在网上看 好像又是要做fingerprint，什么instructions 都没有，不知道改怎么做，各位有经验的，给点指导，多谢了
