Ap 131 says:
" 1. ... you must attach:

An explanation or other evidence showing the
circumstances that warrant issuance of an
advance parole document;
"
Suppose we just want to go back China to visit parents.

SO ususally what explanation we should say? And what evidence we should provide.

A lawyer told me we may provide some hospital diagnosis.
