NSC REF officer No.?

Did anybody get Ref from NSC/PWNEX272? What is his reputation?

I heard LUD change for both 140 and 485 but no status change is a sign of rejection. I sent my 485 just before Oct.1 st this year while my 140 RD is 04/2004. My ref RD is 10/06 and I saw LUD change on 10/18 but no change of 485. If my 140 is rejected, is it possible my 485 has no LUD change because these two were filed seperately for almost 1.5 years? I mean whether CIS would link my 140 and 485 automatically together?
