your hu*****and? Doesn't make sense. Just write a letter in both of your names and provide your bank statements.

If she can proove the VO that she can support herself on this trip, it will be better.

In one word, she has to convice the VO that she WILL go back to China, otherwise, it is very likely that she will get refused.
