关于J1 Waiver

我是以交换学生J1的身份过来的，在我的签证上有two years limitation appliable，但是我不想在国内呆2年再过来。在这里读书，我全部是自费的，有银行收据作证明。我跟我bf准备明年年头结婚，他是当地美国人。
想问大家，我应该怎么办J1 Waiver
听别人说好像很好办，是真的吗？有谁办过的，前前后后用了多少时间
