请帮忙看以下网上485的通知

我九月下旬收到的485 received 通知.随后马上打电话给移民中心报告换地址(属不同的service center).现我查网上的case status,有如下信息:

"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On October 20, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

请各位有经验的人帮助我理解这段话.我140上半年批准了(NIW),还没有打指纹.
