Many people don't like him. I think probably because he tends to consider on the side of difficulty when evaluating cases. In my opinion, this is a reflection of his sense of responsibility, far better than those misleading you by exaggerated words.

btw, i did not use him because his evaluation on my case was negative (NIW).
