485 filing/Reurned H1B

Sorry that I have to post this message again. It looks like the chinese message cannot be posted. I applied 140 under NIW in 2003 and 9 moths later I went back to China, however my 140 was approved last August after RFE filing last July. Now I am back in US, unfortunately I am back after Oct. 1. When can I file my 485. I am using H1B, if I go back to china for H1B, what documents do I need? Thanks a lot for your help.
