Thanks for your advice. Do you mean that what I need to do now is informing Canada Beijing Consulate of my current situation and asking them to transfer my application from Beijing cousulate to USA consulate.

But I'm afraid that it will bring about the consequence that I have to wait in the queue again and re-submit some materials because my situation has been changed comparing with the time I submitted my application in 2001.
