140 Approved at NSC, INFO sharing

My 140/485 NIW filed concurrently on 9/24, RN on 9/27, my 140 AN on 10/19.

INFO: Chinese MS and Bacholor of medicine; papers 20(1st and 2nd auther, 14),8 in Eglish(1st and 2nd author, 6);1 award; 2 memberships;conference abstract 6 (3 as poster of distinction, 2 oral presentations); citation: 27; reference letters 4 (1 current boss, 1 boss in China, 2 others).

Tips (personal opionion may not right):
1.Personal statement: emphasize the national interest of your research area at the beginning of your statement.
2. organized file with document list on top and only copy part of your papars and ISI citation list.Don't make a huge size file.
