FYI for those who decide to apply for Canadian Immigration

FYI only.

Canadian government is going to release new immigration policy on 11/1/05 but no details at this moment. It could be easier or harder than the current policy for those who are in US right now and decide to apply in US in near future. The reason for "easier" is that Canadian government has already decide to increase the annual quota of immigrants to overcome the labor shortage. This could be the same reason for "harder" because the the word "skill" might be more emphasized than "education" and "knowledge". But again, this is just my opinion and FYI only.
