140 receipt question

I'm wondering if all people file by NIW have same message on the 140 receipt? On my receipt showed " it take 150-180 days to process this kind of case..." I sent my file on 9/28 to NSC, delivered 9/29 and notice date 10/12. check cashed 10/19. It sounded pretty fast and not same as I heard before. Do you know more about that? Thanks a lot for any comments.
