I-140 approved on Oct.20
Biology area. PhD in China. Postdoc now. 3 first author papers in postdoc. 3 first author papers in China. One meeting, one Society. 7 recommendations ( 4 USA, 2 Europe, 1 Australia )

For the urgent deadline ( Oct.1 ), I assembled and sent the package myself and even without Form G28. But I believe the lawyer helps lot.
