Petition letter, drafted by myself, revised by my laywer, signed by my boss (who is the member of National Academy of Enginnering), 3-1/2 pages long;
I-140, signed by the chair of my department

6 reference letters (including the petition letter)
some publications
5 awards from china, 3 of them are natioal awards
BTW, I got my PhD in CHina.
