I-140 and I-1485 filed on 9/23/05, recieved on 9/27/05, check cashed on 9/29/05
just got email from USCIS, I-140 is approved today on 10/20/05

here is the email:

This case has been approved. On October 20, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
