budget reconciliation passed

I am very happy to tell you that the proposed amendments have been
approved by the Senate judiciary committee as per the earlier note on
Hammong Law Group's website. I

just called the law firm and confirmed
this. I also called Sen Judiciary commtitee to confirm this.

However, we still need the budget reconciliation to be approved in
Senate and full house for it to become effective - so we have to
cover some distance.
