i have a brother in shanghai. my mom came four years ago, extended 6 month.
1.i am h1b, gc is stuck in LC for fours.
2.also filed family based gc(hu*****and is citizen), doesn't have temp gc pending for fbi name check for 18 months nows
3. I am using h1b status to inivite my mom,
