What they mean is just tell you what to do and how to do. It doesn't mean they will take the IELTS test for you if you are required to take such test.It is no way. Whether you need to take such test is determined by immigration officer, not by Maple Law office.

Be careful. You can do DIY for canada immigration. There is a checklist available for everybody on thier immigration website.
