紧急求教140 & 485问题

各位, 大家好
本人持有F1,老公为H1,正打算同时申请140,485,EAD和AP.现在有几个问题希望有经验的人给以指教.

1.我的F1可以同老公一起申请485吗?
2.F1可以拿到AP同EAD吗?
3.如果我用AP回国在回来,还可以保持F1身份吗?

因为F1是非移民签证,所以很是担心,希望明白的学长给以赐教,不胜感激!!
