thanks, any advice to mine?

I am a postdoc with H1b and in USA for 2 years. I invited my parents to visit USA. Both of my parents are retired from university - but my father is now working as consultant for a private company with a high salary. Is this a good reason for them to go back to China, or is there any negative effect for their visa application? Thank you for your opinion.
