H4想回国

我是F2的身份来美的,在这里呆了快4年,没读书也没工作,现在由F2转成了H4,至今未回过国,国内已没有工作,我和我老公想年底回家一趟,我想知道这种情况下回国签证的话,能签出吗?麻烦各位大侠帮分析一下,万分感谢!!!
