1、如果我现在申请niw有没有什么好处那？
You have a PhD. It certainly increase your chance of
getting your GC. I would file NIW if I were you.
Besides, you don't need a sponser to file NIW, which
gives you more flexibility.

2、如果在h1b延期之后，可以换工作吗？因为我知道延期必须要在140申请后一年。可以延期三年，那么我如果换工作延期有效吗？
It is a tough question. Better to stick to your
job. It may be a necessary price to pay for your GC
especially your I-140 is based on LC.

3、现在在新的公司工作的也不是很顺利。你们觉得就我现在的情
况，换工作利弊如何？毕竟h1的时间不多了。
Are you sure you will be able to find a job you
are happier with? Obtaining your GC is probably
your top priority for the time being. If you feel
you will have to leave soon or later, then find
a new employer that is willing to sponser you for
GC before you resign from your currect job.
